Upgrading your Furnace?
If your upgrading your furnace why not have the installer put a take off on the gas line. What I mean by that is…. Sometimes on furnace installations the gas piping needs to be replaced or altered in some way. When you negotiate for your deal get them to throw in a natural gas BBQ take off or maybe one for a gas water heater. basically its a T that’s capped but gives you the option to add appliances to your gas line....
