This is a fantastic deal on the best tankless that Rinnai sells. It is the most powerful (in terms of hot water production) Rinnai offers. A Rinnai tankless water heater can last up to twice as long as tanks and have twice the warranty length. Plus, they save energy by heating water only when it is needed instead of all the time like a conventional tank.
The price of the RUR has been fluctuating a lot lately so we had to remove the published price from the links below, it was a bit much to update this on a day to day basis to ensure accuracy. A quick click below and you can see today’s price. In our opinion anything $3000 and less is a good deal for this top of the line Rinnai Tankless. Sales on the Rinnai RU199iN AND RU199iP
The difference between the Rinnai RUR and RU is mainly just the re-circulation pump is included and internally built in on the RUR model and the RU doesn’t have any built in re-circulation. You can have a re-circulation pump plumbed in later externally if you find that you need to. The lack of a re-circulation pump will reduce the cost so you typically find the RU models at a lower price point.
