Navien Tankless

The Navien America headquarters was opened in 2006 to service both the US and Canadian markets.  Navien is located at 20 Goodyear, Irvine, CA 92618 and can be reached through this number (800-519-8794).  Just thought we would add contact info as there are many complaints and issues regarding their products.

Navien, The actual company, was established in 1978 in Seoul Korea, and for the last 30 years, claims to have produced the most technologically advanced products available. Their products are definitively on the cutting edge but this does come with problems.

Hamilton Tankless

Hamilton

Hamilton is a big part of the Golden Horseshoe and has a population of nearly 750 thousand.  This is a large market for tankless water heaters and there is significant potential for energy savings.  It really doesn’t make sense to heat your water 365 days a year. Think of it with this analogy.

…..Its a cold winters day in Hamilton, you wouldn’t leave your car running all night so that it would be warm for you in the morning would you? Then why do you leave your hot water tank running?…

A tankless water heater only heats water when you need it, saving energy and reducing emissions. Hamilton has had a bad reputation for its pollution emission levels but it’s made leaps and bounds forward curbing this problem. Help Hamilton to become even cleaner with a new tankless system.

Now is still a great time to buy a tankless as Hamilton residents are still able to apply for grants and rebates from the Provincial Government.  These grants help home owners reduce their eco footprint and encourage the installation of renewable products. Basically its free money for you.

Winter is on its way to Hamilton, get up to $790 in Government Rebates back on a new Furnace and an additional $125 in OPA rebates.

Canada's Wonderland in Maple

Maple Tankless

Maple

Maple has a population or just over 50,000 with most of the homes being single detached.  Owning a detached home increases the likeliness of a tankless water heater meeting the venting requirements and being installed.  Many people want to upgrade their systems but are unable to due to venting issues associated with the tankless.

Homes in Maple are also on average quite large, this poses a secondary question… how big of a tankless water heater should I go? A REP for the Maple region can come out free of charge and answer these questions for you.

If you’re living in the Maple region a tankless is a great upgrade for your home saving you money and using less energy which ultimately helps the environment.

Mississauga

Mississauga Tankless

Mississauga is one of those cities that really seems to be charmed with the tankless water heater.  Maybe it’s the size or the number of homes but a good 40 percent of all tankless leads seem to come from this area.  It could be that Mississauga residents know where the future is headed…..

Think about it.. If it was forecast to be a cold winter morning in Mississauga you wouldn’t leave your car running all night so that it warm for you in the morning would you? Probably not…. Yet we all do this every single night with our conventional tank water heaters.

There never was a better time to install a tankless system in Mississauga homes than there is now.  The Government is offering grants and incentives to houses in Mississauga to upgrade your water heater.  Find out how much you can receive and if a system can be installed in your home by having a free consultation from a certified tankless REP.

Burlington Tankless

Burlington Tankless Water Heaters

A tankless water heater can provide your home with endless hot water, and save you energy.  You wouldn’t leave your car running all night so that it was warm in the morning…. why do you do the same with your hot water tank

Burlington has good water for tankless heaters as it doesn’t have high dissolved mineral content so this cuts down on the amount of buildup in the heat exchanger.  Although it is still important to periodically flush the tankless system to keep it in peak operation.

Burlington tankless water heater installation and service is one the main areas visited by technicians and sales REPS as the population seems to understand the value in a good system and deal.  Burlington seems to be one of those cities that is embracing the tankless water heater and moving away from the conventional tank type system.

Don’t forget Burlington and the Province of Ontario are still offering grants and rebates to home owners who make the switch over to a tankless system.  Best of all is that you still get the grant money even if you rent the tankless system.
