    Of course, if you find that in your situation you dont have a lot of appliances you can down size to a smaller tankless. This saves money and further reduces energy bills. It’s best for you to have a professional come in to your home to size and price your systems out though.

    After experiencing a major leak from our current electric hot water tank we are currently looking into installing a tankless unit. The unit is for one bathroom only which has a tub. We were wondering is this something that can be done and what would be the cost??
