Ontario is an extensive province with over 1 million square kilometers, in the continental US Texas is the largest state coming in at 6 hundred thousand square
kilometer range. Our 4th largest province is nearly twice the size of the largest continental US state.
Thus we have a difficult time providing tankless water heaters to all of Ontario never-mind the rest of Canada, but we try our best. Below is a map of our primary service area where we are able to complete home energy audits and provide service and installation. We are selling individual units with no installation and these can be shipped nearly anywhere but for the most part you may find a cheaper unit near your home. If you’re inquisitive though send us a quick email and we can provide a price and shipping quote.
Energy Audits
- Tan area – basically all of Ontario could be a week or more depends on where the next available auditor is.
- Green area – roughly 2 to 5 business days
- Pink area – usually within 1-3 days
Tankless Unit only
- We routinely have units shipped within the same day of purchase (it does depend on the unit requested and if its one we have in stock)
Tankless Unit with Quote and Installation
- Green Area - We can usually have a guy out to do a preliminary inspection and solidify a quote within 2-4 days and installation in another few days
- Red Area – Quote and installation is routinely completed in under a week
Service Calls
- We service most of southern Ontario and can do emergency calls, depending on where our service techs are we can sometimes be at a customers house in under 30 minutes.
See the contact page here (Contact Us) for more information on how we can be reached.

Just want to thank everyone for submitting your information to our HUB. We have been inundated lately with requests for tankless water heaters and thus we are trying to call you all back to setup appointments as soon as possible. It can take upwards of 24 hours to hear back from us, but occasionally it can take less than 5 minutes from when you send the form request in.
Over the last few years we have installed thousands of tankless heaters and have received hundreds of compliments on these systems. It’s easy to accept this
praise when the system offers endless hot water at a fraction of the cost of a conventional water heater.
If you’re thinking of getting into a tankless water heater for your home now is one of the best times to take the plunge. Initially the cost is higher but the benefits far outweigh the small price gap between conventional and tankless. Government grants are at an all time high but are ending soon so get your $700 plus rebate before the program ends.

Cleaning Your Tankless

We get a lot of questions regarding the cleaning procedures on a tankless water heater, we have come up with a thorough document for you to follow. This document is in PDF format so you will need a PDF reader (they are free). You can download the document here DOWNLOAD – Download instructions to clean a tankless water heater.
Here is a little excerpt taken from the document in step 5.
“When flushing is complete and before the lines are removed, verify that the purge port valves are closed and remain in this position. You can now remove the lines and reinstall the purge port valve caps, ensuring that the rubber washer is in the cap, and tighten. (NOTE: To prevent damage to the rubber sealing discs (washers), do not over tighten these caps.) ”
Remember that Ontario and even Toronto for that matter has quite varying degrees of water hardness, owners of Tankless systes should be aware their particular situations and develop a schedule that reduces the amount of buildup in their tankless hot water heaters.

Noritz Condensing Tankless
|
Noritz has release a new tankless water heater, the N-0842MC series. The unit features condensing technology that increases efficiency to 93%, it also sports a 100% stainless steel heat exchanger.
The temperature stability, flow rates, and water pressure are currently unmatched by an other condensing tankless water heater. Definitely recommend that you consider this unit for any home installations.
Note: Since this is a condensing tankless, the exhaust gases are significantly cooler and thus conventional PVC pipe can be used for venting. This is significantly cheaper than the current stainless steel vent requirements of non-condensing units.

Navien America, a subsidiary of the South Korean company Kyung Dyong Navien, is now manufacturing the most efficient tankless water heaters in the industry. These Energy Star-rated water heaters achieve energy factors (EFs) as high as 0.98 by using conventional and condensing heat exchangers to capture heat from
flue gases as well as latent heat generated when water vapor in these gases condenses into liquid. Adding to the units’ efficiency are dual microprocessors that use data from air and gas pressure sensors to ensure a proper fuel-to-oxygen ratio for optimum combustion, even when there are long vent runs or fluctuating gas pressure.

|
Home owners in Ontario, Toronto, Burlington, Hamilton, Etobicoke and the GTA are now able to rent a tankless hot water heater instead of the conventional tank type. A tankless system heats water on demand
or as required by a home owner and provides an endless supply. A conventional tank heats water all day long and wastes energy.

Switching out your old tank is easy as expert installers will remove the old tank and replace it with the new tankless system. The old tank will, if you own it be recycled or if it’s a rental returned to the company that you’re currently with.
This should all take less than 4 hours and you can be saving over a 1000 pounds of CO2 a year.
Fill out this quick form and we will have someone contact you within 24 hours to answer any question and find out if a tankless will work in your home.

Andy talks about the remote control option on the Paloma branded tank, its important to know that these systems are able to support multiple remote control points at various locations in the home. This makes it convenient for adjusting water temperature right at the source, say a shower or bathtub. This is a feature that most manufactures are supplying with their tankless units.
